Manny has been called P4P#1 and Fighter of the Decade. That's because anyone can be a candidate. Those titles are BESTOWED upon a fighter. Most of them are magazine titles. None of them are the type in which you have to beat a current champion for. Pacquiao doesn't fight champions. Only men who lose their biggest fights.
The media can deem Pacquiao "Yellow Jesus" if they want to. His record is what has to stand up to scrutiny in the long run, and padding his record with 41 fights counts against him. Fighting his most important fights at catchweights also counts against him. Fighting everyone at welterweight as they were coming of huge losses counts against him.
I know every ******* in the world that has bought into Manny's so called "rise" like celebrities have bought into Scientology will want all the hype to be true, but you don't become the best by beating former top boxers who have fallen in rank due to being beaten RIGHT BEFORE Manny challenges them.
