BULL****.... We shut you down with straight facts. I'm curious to know what you think about Pacquiao opponents.

how is it bull****? you haven't presented any facts. the facts are at the time of the negotiations floyd turned down career high paydays. the baldomir negotiations took place after these. like i said floyd gambled he would make more fighting someone else instead of margarito and he gambled correctly.

Read my posts again and just stop telling me the same thing over and over about Floyd ducking Margarito when I proved other wise.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. rejected promoter Bob Arum's $8 million offer to fight welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito, and he instead exercised a provision in his contract to buy Arum out.

Floyd Mayweather Jr., widely regarded as the pound-for-pound king, will challenge welterweight champion Carlos Baldomir Nov. 4 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

in april 2006 floyd rejects 8 million to fight margarito
in august 2006 floyd accepts 8 million to fight baldomir

floyd must have access to a time machine if he had both offers of 8 million at the same time. baldomir hadn't even fought gatti yet somehow floyd has an 8 million dollar offer to fight him? um no! like i said floyd turned down a career high payday at the time of the margarito negotiations. that is what you call a fact.

In between both Floyd and Arum discontinued doing business. All boiled down to the De La Hoya fight.

oh ok so you changed your whole argument from he made the same fighting baldomir to he wanted a delahoya fight. i actually agree with that argument. he didn't want to risk losing against margarito for 8 million but he knew baldomir was a guaranteed win so he made a quick 8 million while waiting for delahoya. too bad he never went back to welterweight and fought the best fighters there instead fighting mosley and marquez so he could pretend he beat those guys through triangle theory.
