Also, I can't really use the same logic with Manny because homie holds a 154LB title at the weight class Martinez wants to fight him at. Manny fought there and now is not willing to. He should have just given Martinez's title back if he didn't want to campaigne there. Sergio was stripped of his title for that BS UNRANKED Margarito, catchweight title fight. Pac knew beforehand that he couldn't hack it up there but he wanted a "8th title". All that did is make his claim there a sham.

posting articles is fine and dandy but do you even understand what's in them? floyd asked for 10 million to fight cotto when his previous career high was 5 million. talk about pricing yourself out. also this was a cotto at 140 who was still fighting on hbo undercards. more evidence that floyd never wanted to fight cotto would be that he never tried to make the fight when cotto actually moved up to 147 and became the biggest threat to him. instead we got excuses like he lives too far away, he's not a ppv star, he's not the CEO of his own company.

margarito was the number 1 rated welterweight for years and either beat or fought all the top guys. what do you mean we see how he turned out? because he's not as good now as he was then that makes floyds duck ok? everybody falls off in boxing and floyd just waits till they do to say "see he was always a bum"

they're just riding the martinez bandwagon because their idol's nuttrain is stucked somewhere chillin and vacationin and wouldn't take anybody for a ride. but his fans need to continue the pac hating so they scampered to find somebody they could use and they found martinez.

Just because we ain't riding the nut sack of one fighter like Manny Pacquiao fans doesn't mean we're bandwagoners. Fact of the matter is that I been a Sergio Martinez fan from when I first caught his fight on HBO against Alex Bunema, when he knocked him out. Before then, I can admit that I didn't know who he was but dude could box. That's what's being a boxing fan is about. Respecting the best fighters and not just jocking one like Pacquiao fans. Bet once he gets beat or retired, there will be no more Manny fans on these boards. No Floyd fans are even talking about Floyd but Pac fans stay bringing his name up? Floyd or his fans don't have to talk about Manny and expose him because others and his team are doing a good job of that. Atleast Sergio Martinez who is getting mad props for being the best is giving a retired Floyd Mayweather Jr more props than an active Manny Pacquiao. Pac fans act like we are the only ones giving Manny ****? He has been exposed. Don't believe me? Ask one of Floyd's biggest haters and Pac's biggest fan and supporters.......

Misses: Pacquiao should not be fighting Mosley, a once-great champion who was held to a draw in a horrible fight against Sergio Mora in September and who was wiped out in a near-shutout loss to Floyd Mayweather in his previous fight. Pacquiao is just picking up Mayweather's leftovers. Boxing fans deserve better.

It's called negotiating. Bet you if Arum could have guaranteed that Oscar fight it would have happened. Plus, Floyd went on to do 8MIL without Arum or Margarito to only become the Lineal champion. Margarito/Cotto= Overrated. Sure I respect Cotto but lets be real. floyd turned down 8 million to fight margarito but then when an offer a few months down the road came to fight baldomir for 8 million he jumped on it. weird! maybe floyd had a time machine and knew they would offer him 8 million to fight baldomir so that's why he turned it down? 8 million wasn't enough to fight margarito but it was enough to fight a bum like baldomir. that proves it's about the opponent more than the money. easy opponents were top priority. hey at least he didn't retire to avoid baldomir. props for that.
