Well, first off, Pac is not challenging Marquez at welterweight. He doesn't even want it since he believes that they have no unfinished business. It's Marquez that's calling out Pac and insisting that he can hang at welter. Besides, you know full well that come fight night, they will pretty much be at the same weight. Remember that point - they will be roughly equivalent in fighting weight.

I already said that I want to see Manny fight Sergio. I believe that, win or lose, it will only boost his legend and legacy given Sergio's even bigger weight advantage than Margarito as well as his skill and current hype.

Having said that, I want BOTH of them to have a sporting chance, something that you obviously are not concerned about. If they should face off with one having an undue advantage over the other, then the lure of the fight wears off for me. That's where you and I diverge. You only want to see Pac get beaten up, come what may.

I think it's time for you to think objectively about this issue.

Oscar's last fight was at 150 against Forbes. Pac's last fight was against Diaz at 135. They fought at 147. How is that "having the balls to meet Pac half-way"?
