Pac should fight Martinez at 154 or maybe a lb or two south if Martinez really wants it.

I'm a ******* and I want to see him fight Martinez more than I want to see him fight Mayweather. A win over Martinez is better than a win over inactive Floyd and the perfect win to top his career off imo.

Manny is about to dance with Sugar Shane...I HOPE Sergio isn't calling Shane a "No-Hoper" because that would be ****** on his part....he's calling out Cotto like he isn't a beating away from his expiration date...smh

That is a pretty good point right there, hard to argue.

Cotto is now at a better weight, his mind is in a better place, his confidence will be up, and he now has a trainer..... but, it is hard to imagine that he is up for a challenge like that.

Not the best fight, I've seen worse, but it's obviously a money decision.

Just like you are doing now for Joshua Clottey. Making excuses. What excuses did Clottey make? In all them fights against Margarito, Cotto and Paquiao he dropped the ball. Those are not excuses but rather fact.

Yes Clottey dropped the ball or lost fact. But, he made excuses, broken hand for Margarito(which later was proven that it wasn't broken)

The point was Grus, that you said something about what Clottey said after the Pac fight.

My point was that Clottey says a lot of stuff after the fight like "broken hand" point being you take what Clottey says after a lost with a grain of salt.

I also want to see Pac fight Martinez, but not at a weight where he has proven to be unable to make. Pac faced Margarito at a 150 catchweight but was only able to make 144, giving him a 17-lb disadvantage come fight night. If he faces Sergio at 154, Pac would be giving up at least a 22-lb advantage come fight night. Where is the sport in that? Only Pac haters who really want to see him lose no matter what would salivate over that prospect, but that doesn't make them true boxing fans.

It's either Sergio makes the sacrifice to fight Pac at 150, same as Margarito, or he shuts up about calling out Pac. It's THAT simple.

It's obvious Sergio Martinez is a high risk low reward fighter.

His promoter sucks, Sergio Martinez could of been famous when he was younger but now hes 36 and NOW is receiving the popularity he deserves.

If Sergio Martinez was a cash cow, Pacquiao/Mayweather/Cotto would actually take a risk for the good reward but its a bit too late at the age of 36.

Dude, Martinez did not start boxing until he was 20, he had no amateur career.
