So I think everybody can agree Wladimir Klistchko is a far superior boxer to Sam Peter. If Wlad Dominates the first 6 rounds than get caught and goes down for 10. Are you going to right Peter's victory off as "it was a lucky punch." You would have to be in keeping with the philosophy you expouse to have.
I definitely would'nt. I am a fan of Wladimir Klitschko and I will be the first to admit his chin is suspect to say the least.

Power and ability to take a punch is a fundamental part of prizefighting. I dont know how anybody could deny that.
Wlad has been down something like 5 or 6 times in his last 6 fights, and has been stopped by three very average fighters.
A better way to say it would be that almost anyone can be KO'd if they're hit with a haymaker.
It's idiots that take those KO's and try to write off the fighter it happened to as having "no chin" that are idiots.
Well in some cases it is what separates good from very good or Great fighters. The fighters that can take the haymaker, like Holmes did vs Shavers, get up and keep figthing, go on to win.
Right. Plenty of flash knockdowns, and half slips. Judah was never seriously hurt, just off balance or stunned. Millet hit him with a decent shot, but a flash KD.
yes, he was fine when zoo knocked him down, which is why he fell down...twice...and it would have been three times had the ref not held him up...i dont get how the ko was lucky, judah was walking backwards, his hands were down and he got CRACKED, and went straight down.
judah has been knocked down strong punchers and weak punchers alike...that is the true sign of a glass chin

That's one instance.
It's also fighter like Lewis who can come back from a KO without being gun shy that show they can triumph over adversity.
This is just another thread that's got off topic because you like to hate on Judah.
Holmes was dominating Shavers sure as **** in that fight. He got hit with a Haymaker from one of the hardest hitters in boxing history, and he did not allow that fact to cause him to lose the fight. It is one of the things that define a "GREAT FIGHTER."

Wlad has never shown the ability to absorb punishment like Judah has. I will say that. Ward hit judah with his kitchen sink. The Steel Hammer usually ****s people up before they get to him.
