He took 2 of the worst beatdowns I have seen in a while. He fought even with a bum(Clottey) and took 9 rounds to beat a one legged fighter

i wouldn't say he is shot. he is just not the top dog in his division any more, but he is still a top fighter. his fights against clottey and foreman weren't too good, but they were wins, so thats what matters. this mayorga fight will show how much he still has left, as well as the possible margo rematch if it happens...

Clottey isn't a bum to be real he has had good fights and given people hard fights it's also speculated that clottey won that fight.
And weight class change new style he might have been one legged but his chin was good and cotto's been one armed so ?

          Cotto hasn't been beat up?

He has had his brains smashed in by two of the most ruthless fighters of this generation.

'Beat up' is a nice way to put it.

But I don't think he's shot. He hasn't shown me he's shot yet. He's just not the same fighter he was pre Margarito.

Because according to everyone on boxingscene everyone is a bum or shot after they loose once or twice. ****. They think you're a bum or shot even if you're undefeated.

                  Margarito took his soul.

                  Been taking huge beatings already.

Took him an extra 3 rounds to stop a one legged hebrew.

what do you think will be more impressive? if he KOs both or gets a decision by both?
those two wins will get him more in the mix at 154 lb division, then he will be back on track to getting a belt.
