If one chooses to hold Pac to this, and suggests that Pac is "ducking" Martinez, then I don't know why there are weight divisions anyway. It seems that one who would suggest this dislikes Manny for whatever reason. In other words, I don't agree with that argument.

The same reasoning applies for the second post.

The problem with your theory is Pac just fought a taller man with a win over Martinez at the same weight Martinez called him out at but now since his fans don't believe he has a chance Martinez is too big? You might have a point if Pac didnt just fight the taller, same size Margarito.

167 is a fine weight to be at 7 days prior to the fight you morons. I swear some of yall just discovered Boxing a month ago.

Thus, Sergio is physically bigger. That's at least 5-7 pounds, for Maravilla's weight, added to your 160-165 range for Shane. Mind you, Pac is at 145 on fight night.

Mind you, 154 is 154!!!! Is there special stipulations for who a champion should fight now that it's Pac? Should we change the name boxing to Paxing? 154 is 154. I hope Shane ends this BS so we can go back to real fighters fighting at their best and get away from these weight games that Pac brought in that is F'n up boxing.

They fought 10 years ago. I don't understand the rest of your comment. Please clarify.

There are no special stipulations for Pac. Margs agreed to the fight; he didn't have to. What do you mean 154 is 154? Clarify.

Don't know if you've been watching but Martinez was wrongly stripped of the very same 154 lb title Pac fought Margarito for. Martinez said I want my title back and I will also put my middle-wt title on the line @ 154. Pac said hell no because Pac has been fighting broken fighters ever since his last fight with Marquez. There is absolutely no reason Pac can't take this fight @54 unless he knows he can't win. I bet you and others would wanna see PBF fight Martinez. So would I but Pac is no different.

Answer my question from earlier. Margs was at a 17 pound advantage on Pac on fight night. How many pounds would Sergio outweight Pac on fight night if they fought at 154?

How many fighters put on weight after they weigh in? If a fighter weighs in at the weight he can rehydrate up to where ever he wants. What does that have to do with anything? I'm sure Martinez would probably be around 165 because it's foolish to put on too much weight. I don't see him rehydrating up to no more than 15-18 pounds if that because to put on 25 pounds would be ****** so whats your point?

Using your numbers, let's say Sergio puts on 15 pounds from 154. That's 169 pounds. Manny Pac weighed in at, I believe, 148 pounds on fight night for Margs. (That's his max). That's a 21 pound weight advantage.

                    Do you see my point?

If you cant fight at 154 don't fight at 154!!!!! Don't call yourself a champion @ 154 if your not willing to fight the champion @ 154. If weight concerns Pac he should fight @ 140. Why won't Pac fight Marquez @ 140? Because the weight has to be perfect for Pac but no one else? Cotto should be pissed off for getting played by Team Pac. Do you think that was right? I didn't think so. Then again maybe you do.
