Fact is Pac should just take the test period, proof or speculation just take the test and whoop ass.
I'm tired of mofo's talking like if they want to fight. Neither one really wants this fight. If they did the fight would of happened by now.
However, I think OST should be in boxing. I'm a fan of the sport more so than a certain fighter. And, for the sake of the sport I want OST. And, the best way to get the test in the sport is if the 2 biggest names/stars of the sport set a precedent for it. Just like Tyson and Holyfield did for the testing we have now.
You said Pac has more then boxing. But, this OST is great for boxing and one person brought it to the attention to the public. And, that person should be thanked for it And, that person is not Pac is the other guy.
But I cannot give Mayweather any credit whatsoever for "cleaning up the sport of boxing".
Mayweather wanted Manny to undertake random blood tests, he justified that demand by stating that all of his future opponents would be required to undertake the same regime, and he then stated that he was concerned about "cleaning up the sport of boxing".
The insistance that all of Mayweather's future opponents undertake RBT's, was just an after-thought justification for the demand on Manny, and the "cleaning up the sport of boxing" statement, is just convenient grandstanding imho.
I could be wrong, but that's how I see it so far.

Before he was fighting at 147 but dehydrating in saunas and not eating for 24 hours in order to make the weigh-in weight - and then rehydrating massively afterwards by eating and drinking a large amount. Now he doesn't bother to dehydrate and rehydrate again, and he eats a big meal on the day of the weigh-in, because he no longer needs to weigh below his fighting weight at the weigh-in. If that's irrelevant then my mother's King Kong.
His muscle weight is the same as before. All that's changed is the amount of food and water in his body during the weigh-in, because he doesn't have to dehydrate and starve himself any more.
Which doesn't mean I disagree that he should fight Marquez at 140. Of course he should. Not having to boil down gives him a big advantage, which when he's fighting a smaller man is an unfair advantage. But that doesn't alter the fact that his muscle mass hasn't changed significantly since the last Marquez fight.
Manny's muscle-mass has change CONSIDERABLY since the last JMM fight.
e.g. the aforementioned 13lbs of muscle.
The 144 that Manny weighed vs Margarito was nearly ALL muscle, and I can supply a truckload of information - from Ariza/Roach - proving that fact.
When Manny fought JMM he had no more than 129lbs of muscle-mass.
That 15lbs difference is usable, functional, muscle-mass.
If they fight at 147, Manny will carry 6-7lbs of muscle that JMM's frame simply cannot support.
So, apparently I believe in Santa Clause, because fight-night weight is completely irrelevant to the amount of conditioning and muscle that you will take into the fight, that is solely determined at the weigh-in.

Castillo was champion at 135 when Floyd beat him but he wasn't dominant. He'd already been knocked out 3 or 4 times in his career by then. He won his belt on a majority decision from Stevie Johnston and only kept it by virtue of a hotly contested draw with Johnston (where Johnston initially got the nod then had the belt reclaimed from him due to a "math error"). Honestly, Marquez is first ballot HOF, Castillo will never make it to the hall. Do you just make stuff up and expect people to buy it?
