If Chagaev isn't allowed to fight in England due to him having Hep B, how is this Haye's fault?...It's legislation and rules like this that are there to protect the fighters and any prevent any further chances of the spread of diseases.

What legislation states that the fight has to be in England????? Haye could fight him in Germany if he wanted to fight him, but he doesn't. As for the spreading of the disease, Wlad was vaccinated when he fought Chagaev, and there's no reason why Haye couldn't be vaccinated as well. And Chagaev doesn't have the disease itself, just the pathogen.

Which everyone who knows anything about boxing knows was the case. But you were ****** enough to dispute that, and to claim that you have to simultaneously hold every belt in order to be the undisputed champion, proving conclusively that you're an incurable fantasist.

I don't think Haye is avoiding Chags because he's scared, more likely he just doesn't see it as a profitable or sellable fight in any way, and he'd need to fight in Germany to make it happen. Unlikely at this point that his fans would be willing to travel to see that, and can't see Sky having too much interest in the fight either. Chags is a pretty dull individual outside the ring (or that's the impression I get), looked bad in his last fight, and doesn't possess the kind of one hit KO power that would make a fight like this interesting. Unfortunately, such is the ignorance of the general British boxing crowd that Haye would need to fight someone like Evander or Roy for them to consider it a legit fight. Boytsov, Povekin etc would just be names to them. Course, there's always a Klitschko...
