He can't sign for July until the Chisora fight is done.

Rubbish, it's been done hundreds of times. Most recently Adamek has already signed to fight one of the Klitschkos in September. Other examples: Hopkins and De La Hoya signed to fight each other before De La Hoya had his tune-up with Sturm, and Floyd and Judah signed to fight each other before Judah had his tune-up (which went wrong) with Boldomir. And there are many other examples. But the fact that Adamek has just done it blows that excuse out of the water.
