I think he would've beaten Khan because of his shaky chin and lack of defense. A fight with him and Maidana would be a war. And Valero-Bradley would be a 50-50 fight.

They didn't just hype him for the hell of it.

He was a name in So Cal gyms and knocked out Pitalua a big puncher in 2.

I wouldn't say he fought nobody, but I think he's live at 140.

I don't believe Valero was hype. He was the real deal.
      those are 2 key words............

We just chalk this one up to "what if".

I think he's hell for anyone at 140.

As he was in the lower weights.

Lamont Peterson gave Floyd Mayweather Jr. problems in sparring.

I'm pretty sure Mayweather vs Peterson would be a mismatch in an actual boxing match.

                  You think that?

You think someone is working on their defense in those vids.

Not all sparring is let's work on the pivot and turn.

I think you have to give Valero a chance in this.

its just based off his potential. its the same thing with college players going into the draft they're all unproven but you just go off their potential, sometimes they pan out sometimes they dont. but valero did have alot of potential and i'm sure his team/manager was planning for him to step up soon in opposition before he died.

Valero has the eraser and actually fought better when he was tested.

                      Peterson isn't a puncher, and he isn't a lefty.

                      Valero was the freak.
