Really though, Jerry Quarry: you should be ashamed of yourself.

What would he do, bleed all over the Klitschkos and drown them?

I got flamed in the history section for saying David might be able to beat Jerry Quarry. Of course, he might be able to beat him.

People are very romantic about that era of heavyweight.

What did it mean for Marciano, whose best wins were over "old men," or for Larry Holmes?

You can only play the cards you are dealt, and you either play them well or play them badly.

The Klitschkos are winners and they play them very well.

Literal bums in most cases. Some fighters give you Gatti/Ward 123, Hopkins gives you Hopkins/Allen 123.

Each fight worse than the last.

If the Klitschko's were white he'd be bending over for them doing his best Soapy impression.

This is more racism from Hopkins.
You might not like him but he's definitely one of the best boxers to ever grace the sport,a true legend.

David Haye would DESTROY Jerry Quarry.

Why don't you ever bring up Foreman, Liston or Frazier?

He's a great fighter and an overtly racist POS at the same time.

Vitali turns 40 in July and Wlad turns 35 in March.

Lewis was coming off the KO win over Tyson. In the Lewis-Tyson post fight interview Lewis stated "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"

In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement. That's a FACT.
Lewis ripped your BF a new one you should be happy.

Them square heads got nothing on Lewis. Not even a prime Vitali could beat an old Lewis hahahahaha

Marciano beat Ezzard Charles, Jersey Joe Walcott, Archie Moore among others, all of them were better than anybody Wlad beat, and I'm not even brining up his win over the old shot Louis.

Holmes I'm not really gonna argue about, his resume ain't that impressive. But you can't say Wlads resume is any better either, Holmes beat Norton and Shavers. Name anybody on Wlads resume who was as good as any of those two?

Foreman: great fighter, one of my faves.

Liston: threw both fights to Clay because he was in deep to the mob, who thought Clay would go over better with American whites (they were right) than badass Sonny.

Liston was a bad dude, however. I would have liked to see him fight Clay for real.

Frazier: another fave of mine, but too small to compete with a K-Bro (see what happened to him vs Foreman).
