Of course they killed it. PPV is the only way to watch a decent fight. That's not the cae with boxing.

UFC is about to go down hill. Brock Lesnar lost, so UFCs biggest draw is gone. All they got is GSP.

Those UFC numbers are scary considering that the UFC itself has been around what, 21 years? I never imagined the lesnar ppv did so much. Even thought mwayweather mosley had the highest numbers this year, mayweather-pacquiao could have made a bigger statement and shut dana white's mouth up for good. But we all know how that turned out.

Velasquez winning the title COULD attract more latino fans to mma. People have been saying that the mma hype was going to go away for years. People need to wake up and accept the fact that those guys are here to stay. We all know how loyal latino fans, especially Mexicans are to combat sports. It could go either way for them. Time will tell.

its a problem for boxing imo, shows there are only 2 big draws in the spot, pacman and mayweather, the problem is mayweather only fights once per year when he should be fighting like 3 times or at least 2 times

Like the other guy said, there will be major problems when manny and floyd retire. I highly doubt there is a single fighter aside from the both of them that can generate 1m buys.
