There's two reasons why I think he'd pick Berto over Mosley:

1) He doesn't want another boring one sided fight.
2) Berto's got a nice belt with Manny's name all over it.

Though I am against this match-up, I will buy pac/mosley. It is boxing, sometimes decisions don't go our way but once a decision is made, I will support it whatever.
