My point is, this whole OST came about due to an unfounded accusation. So, why does PAC need to prove something based on zero evidence against him ?
SR DIDNT START THE RUMORS. they were going around for years. and they are just as unfounded as the ones brought against shane. oops. look at what happend. he was dirty

If Pac beats Floyd and is clean then I rank him as the greatest fighter ever by far. Period. He'd be the first super-human in history. If he's dirty he's going to immeasurably damage boxing and MMA will capitalize on it to steal fans like "hey, we kick the boxers as*es and boxing is a dirty business--always has and always will be". It's bad enough HBO and others are bestowing honors on Pac when he declined to test with obviously false excuses--but they are not asking the right questions. It delights the Mexiphobic HBO commentators that he beats Mexicans but at what expense? If boxing were to begin to die because of this situation then Mexicans will fight in the MMA instead-- and Mexicans make better MMA fighters than they do boxers(120 years of boxing= zero Mexican heavyweight or light heavy champs. 16 years of MMA = a Mexican heavyweight champ--Velasquez--and light heavy champ--Ortiz). MMA is more strength and boxing is more speed. It would be so ironic that the Mexiphobes would ruin the sport they love(boxing) because they hate Mexicans-- only to have Mexicans become much more succesful and famous in MMA.

If the situation of Pac was like to Mosley being link to BALCO, then yes.

But that is not the case of Pacquiao, i say NO. Why? Because it is not like the situation of Mosley. There is no direct link. And the accusation came from the Mayweather themselves and nobody else.

Yeah I would like that. For the fact that he refused to take it randomly. I don't really think he uses PED's.

No he shouldnt make the biggest fight in boxing, make 40$ million in a night, prove that he's clean.... because he feels "so weak" after drawing blood days before a fight.

pinoys are delusional, either he ducked Floyd, or he is on peds.

I think he ducked Floyd the during the first negotations, after refusing to go along with Floyd's 14 day cutoff date.

But after the Mosley fight it was clear that Floyd didnt want to fight Pac. He probably only came back because he needed money, and the Mosley fight gave him enough money to not have to fight for a long time.

People say, "if Floyd didn't ask for this, the fight would have been made a while ago" They also leave out that if Pacquiao would have just taken the OST, the fight would have been made already. It goes both ways but only one fighter gets crap for it.

And extra tests is nothing new, Holyfield-Tyson II had extra tests not used by the commission, requested by Tyson because he suspected Holyfield was on something. Holyfield took the tests in the condition that Tyson did not get the results until after the fight, because he wanted Tyson to feel he was at an unfair advantage during the fight, only to lose to clean fighter. Pacquiao on the other hand, is afraid of needles.
