Will you care to educate me what PED is that? Can this enhance your performance within 7 days leading to the fight? Is this can't be detected after the fight urine and blood test?

getting it mandated doesn't mean ****, Manny Pacquiao is the king of creating his own rules in his fights and it can't be done back to him? you don't see Floyd saying "oh well since you asked me for a 10,000,000$ penalty then it has to be mandated by the commission that everyone who ever weighs in any pound(s) over the limit he has to pay the same fee" NO he didn't do that he accepted the demand and didn't ***** about it even though that is not a realistically fair demand, so Manny Pacquiao is the only one allowed to pull some **** out of his ass?

and who is to say the commission is not dirty too? Bob Arum has a lot of pull, there have been many things the commission has done that raised many eyebrows, 1 thing for sure the commission has done is shown an ineffectiveness to catch potential cheaters, others in the past have beaten the "standard" tests and they are simply unreliable, also Floyd is asking for the OSDT be implemented for this 1 fight alongside the standard tests, he should be able to get that especially when he accepted Manny's weight demand, glove demand, ring size demand and utterly ridiculous penalty demand

Did Floyd ask Josie, Quincey and the security guard to take the tests before he fought them?

Will he be asking the courts of Nevada to take his tests before he fights them?

Doesn't matter, he'd pass the test.

To fight Floyd, ABSOLUTELY. Any other time, I don't really care, but it wouldn't be a bad thing.

Personally, I was for OSDT being the official NSAC rule for drug testing pro boxers.

But there is a new theory out there that basically says Pacquiao was "POSSIBLY" taking PED's during his training with Cotto. Possibly taking them, at least for a short while against Clottey. Stopped taking them, and allowed them to completely leave his system against Margarito becuz he no longer needed it. And that's why he's ALL OF A SUDDEN okay with taking OSDT...

Just a theory someone I know came up with, but the way he told it made a lot of sense.

                THIS IS THE ANSWER SENIOR…

Manny Pacquiao: “I feel like I don’t need Mayweather to make my career. I fought the best and anyone willing to face me. I want it, and feel the fans deserve the Mayweather fight. I want to prove to everyone that it wasn’t me who didn’t want the fight. That’s why I made the concession to take anything [blood tests] he wants at any time. Even during the fight before the sixth round if he wanted! What else can I do? I hope we get the fight done soon. Let’s get it on.”
