And extra tests is nothing new, Holyfield-Tyson II had extra tests not used by the commission, requested by Tyson because he suspected Holyfield was on something. Holyfield took the tests in the condition that Tyson did not get the results until after the fight, because he wanted Tyson to feel he was at an unfair advantage during the fight, only to lose to clean fighter. Pacquiao on the other hand, is afraid of needles.
exactly. pac is the only one thats switched stances after agreeing to the test

This hasn't anything to do with a potential fight with Floyd.

This is about a seed of doubt (planted admittedly by Floyd,
and without any hard evidence) regarding Pacquiao and the
use of illegal performance enhacers. This is thence whether
or not Olympic-style drug tests should come into the picture,
just because of that seed of doubt.

Should Manny try to clear his name, or is it beneath him to
dignify what he feels a baseless accusation?

Should Manny not even bother, since the most vocal critics
wouldn't be satisfied even if he DID take and pass the tests?

Shouldn't Manny undergo testing for the sake of the majority
of boxing fans who WOULD be satisfied with a clean result?

          -=-=-=-=-=-

Again, got nothing to do with potential Floyd-negotiatons.

I'd like to see him take the tests. He has nothing to lose and it would bury this arguement once and for all.

I believe he will. He's been slowly lowering his stance from 30 days to 24 days to 7 days as of now.

Who's to say he won't eventually agree to take it all the way?

Let's have all boxers take OSDT. I don't think it'd be too bad.
