Battered Kessler also put me on ignore for no reason other than he was tired of me owning his @ss in every single one of his ****** Bute threads.
I only speak the truth about Bute. I made a long post earilier in this thread and I would love to see someone try to refute my points one by one.Comment

Erdei fought a bum in AC who had like 12 losses. Erdei has not yet tested himself against the best sorry if i hurt your feelings.Zsolt Erdei's resume ****s on Lucian Bute's, so that should really put it into context.
Bute refused to move up to 175 cause he's scared of Pascal.
Erdei is a two weight champion who moved up and won a Cruiserweight Title even though he is smaller than Bute.
Erdei 5'10... Lineal Light Heavyweight and Cruiserweight Champ
Bute 6'2 And afraid to move up to Light Heavyweight for a fight his whole country wants to see.
Erdei's wins over Julio Caesar Gonzalez, Fragomeni and Hugo Hernan Garay x2 are all more siginificant than Bute's biggest win which is impossible to identify because there isn't one world champion level fighter on his whole damn resume.
Also, it is Erdei who has come to the United States and fought in Atlantic City and stated his desire to fight the biggest names in the US. It was sorry ass promoter who always held him back.
Bute, on the other hand, if afraid of a challenge and hides behind his promoter.
I'm not surprised that you made such a ****** post, most people don't know jack **** about boxing outside of their favorite fighters.Comment

You didn't hurt my feelings.
You don't know what you're talking about. I feel sorry for you for posting something that outed you as being so ill informed.
If you think Bute's resume is better than Erdei's that's fine. However, it is quite obvious that you are wrong for the reasons I stated above.
Look at the picture of Erdei in my avatar. He is short and pudgy yet won a Cruiserweight title giving up nearly 20 lbs.
Erdei is the lightest Cruiserweight Champion of all time. In an age where Manny Pac makes every opponent drain themselves it was Zsolt Erdei who went into the ring at 178 and took out a 196 lb man who had given David Haye all he could handle.
Facts are facts. You can deny them if you want, but it will do you no good.Comment

Im not defending Bute's resume i think he gets way too much credit considering that he hasnt fougth the best in his division yet. Im just saying that Erdei isnt a spring chicken and he still hasnt had that big fight to prove he is a top champion. He came to the states and fought a bum and didnt even look like in elite fighter in that fight imo.You didn't hurt my feelings.

On top of that....
It sounds kind of silly to make the excuse that "Bute was not ready" for a Kessler fight when Andre Ward signed up for the same fight without ever having competed for a World Title.
Ward had even less experience as a pro and Bute was just as accomplished as an Amateur.
Furthermore looking at the chronology of the events between Pascal-Bute, Bute made it 100% clear that he was not going to fight Pascal right from the moment Pascal called him out. Pascal only signed to fight Hopkins after Bute made it abundantly clear that he was not willing to move up 7 lbs to fight a man who is physically smaller than him.
And as far as the Super 6 goes.... Bute apologists repeatedly point to the fact that Bute has not invited into the tournament as an excuse for his bum fighting tendencies. However, what they fail to acknowledge is that at that time Bute also made it clear that he did not feel jilted from being left out because he was not the least bit interested.
Bute was not going to sign any contract that would have required him to leave Montreal. Therefore he was not even worth approaching for the Super 6. Now people can say all they want about Ward fighting at home but the fact of the matter is that nobody would outside of Oakland gave a **** about seeing him fight Allan "Quitter" Green or Sakio Bika.
If Ward had to fight his original opponents, Taylor and Dirrell, he would have most likely had to move out of Oakland and win a neutral fight. Ward didn't make anyone back out.... in fact I believe he will see Abraham back out and Ward will have officially seen his last 3 opponents turn down the opportunity to fight him.
Fact of the matter is that Ward will absolutely have to leave Oakland to win this tournament at least once and maybe twice. He knew that when he signed the contracts, even if he also knew he might have the benefit of 3 home fights initially.
Bute, on the other hand, has shown no desire to leave Montreal, and will likely insist on Ward going there to fight him.
My guess is this:
After ducking Pascal with the excuse that he is waiting on The Super 6 to complete he will then refuse to fight Ward anywhere but Montreal. Ward, who will have already beaten a slew of top 168 lb'ers and have also left home to prove himself, will have no reason, nor should he be expected, to agree to such ludicrous demands.
After ducking out on the Ward challenge Bute will then become keen on fighting Pascal because it will allow him to remain in Montreal, and he will be able to pad his wallet with these pathetic matchups in the meantime.
I feel sorry for Showtime, they jumped the gun on Bute and will be left paying for 3 terrible fights and then Bute will become a free agent again and HBO will have the chance to steal him away for the big fight that Showtime ******ly believed they would get.
You wanted someone to answer point by point:
"It sounds kind of silly to make the excuse that "Bute was not ready" for a Kessler fight when Andre Ward signed up for the same fight without ever having competed for a World Title.
Ward had even less experience as a pro and Bute was just as accomplished as an Amateur."
Ward fought Kessler knowing he had 2 more big fights no matter the result. If Bute had lost to Kessler, he had no certainty to get back at world level anytime soon.
"Furthermore looking at the chronology of the events between Pascal-Bute, Bute made it 100% clear that he was not going to fight Pascal right from the moment Pascal called him out. Pascal only signed to fight Hopkins after Bute made it abundantly clear that he was not willing to move up 7 lbs to fight a man who is physically smaller than him."
Pascal is shorter than Bute, but not smaller. He was killing himself to make 168. Bute doesn't. And you say Bute didn't want to fight Pascal, but what he said is that he would not go to 175. He wasn't ducking Pascal, he simply didn,t want to move up in weight before he cleaned out 168. BTW, why didn't Pascal go after Bute when he was a SMW? Never called him out or anything...
"And as far as the Super 6 goes.... Bute apologists repeatedly point to the fact that Bute has not invited into the tournament as an excuse for his bum fighting tendencies. However, what they fail to acknowledge is that at that time Bute also made it clear that he did not feel jilted from being left out because he was not the least bit interested."
Of course that's what he said. You wanted him to say "****, I'm scrwed and now I have nobody worth fighting"? Way to sell fights!
"Bute was not going to sign any contract that would have required him to leave Montreal. Therefore he was not even worth approaching for the Super 6. Now people can say all they want about Ward fighting at home but the fact of the matter is that nobody would outside of Oakland gave a **** about seeing him fight Allan "Quitter" Green or Sakio Bika."
How did they know that Bute would not fight outside of Montreal? When asked if he would fight Pavlik or Taylor in the States (after the Zuniga fight), he said "Of course, anytime". As for Ward, he didn't want to fight Dirrell outside of Oakland either. I'm pretty sure it would've sold well in Michigan. And if Bute not wanting to fight out of Montreal is a reason not to invite him, why isn't Ward not wanting to fight outside of Oakland?
"If Ward had to fight his original opponents, Taylor and Dirrell, he would have most likely had to move out of Oakland and win a neutral fight. Partly answered above. Ward will have to fight out of Oakland, but that isn,t relevent with Bute. Just to mention that Bute will fight in a neutral venue against the S6 winner. MSG is the most probable venue, especially if it is against Ward.
"Bute, on the other hand, has shown no desire to leave Montreal, and will likely insist on Ward going there to fight him."
Answered above.

As you say, these are not facts, but just guesses. I would like to mention that Bute can't really duck Pascal, since they are not in the same division, and that Bute's coach already said that they would fight the S6 winner in a neutral venue because the S6 winner would never agree to come to Montreal (and he is right).Comment

And the Lucian Bute Bum of the Month Club continues.
It's a damn shame too because he is a talented fighter. It sucks watching him waste his career on one chump after another.Comment
