I wouldn't say it was a gift but he could have gone either way and Khan did run the second half of the fight. The point taken away from Maidana on that bull**** and the knock down early probably costed him the fight

even without the point deduction there is no way in hell anybody should score that a draw. Khan clearly won the first 6 rounds plus have a knocked down in the 1st round. It was in the later round that maidana started to heat up

No you fool is hit and not get hit. Maidana last 3 rounds run did not erase the fact that he couldn't touch kahn in the earlier rounds. Boxing is scored on round by round basis not win the last 3 rounds, or almost get knock out.
If you call what Khan did as foot work then dirrell should have definitely beat froch and mayweather has the best footwork in the game

lol like the body shots that dropped maidana and had his hands low to protect them ribs? like the constand right hands he was getting hit with and the massive uppercut?

cuz those looping telegraphed right hands of maidana didnt look amatuerish right?

um yea that is def footwork....its easy to sit behind a keyboard and talk **** but every trained fighter hits hard as hell and maidana hits absurdly hard..would you have stood in the pocket and went toe to toe with that kind of firepower going at you?

              and dirrell dominated froch

The fact that you scored the 12th round 10-8 for Maidana tells me all I need to know about your ability to score fights...

What I'm saying is this Khan won the first half but only a fool can think he won the second half he fought to survive and yes he would be dumb to stand and trade like he said he would but fact is, it was a close fight and if he won the fight dirrel won against froch and I don't want to hear no **** about Floyd running anymore because you people quick to change tunes on what's considered running or not when it comes to a fighter you like or dislike. O by the way I'm sure I could kick you azz anyday to bad we can't get in a good sparring lesson so I could make you my son

One of the judges scorecards was 113-112....if not for Cortez idiotic deduction his scorecard would have been a draw just like mine...Khans punches although lots weren't doing anything to his opponent.
