I want to prove to everyone that it wasn’t me who didn’t want the fight. That’s why I made the concession to take anything [blood tests] he wants at any time. Even during the fight before the sixth round if he wanted! What else can I do? I hope we get the fight done soon. Let’s get it on.”

Sorry pal, but that quote is as real as a $3 bill. Don't be gullible.

look at Miguel Cotto who was a bit chinny at 140s and was actually put to ***** street several times,

he then he moves up to 147 and takes one bomb after another from Mosley.

Manny Pacquiao's recent success has nothing to do with steroids,

but a carefully picked batch of opponents.

doesn't mean he's garbage, not everyone would be able to move up that many weight classes and beat the people Manny just did.

but people are rather overrating his latest achievements a tad bit.

        just my honest opinion.

I agree. The timing and style of his opposition have made him look better than ever. He has problems with counterpunchers and rough fighters. His speed and footwork might be second to none but defense wins championships and Championship fights that's why I believe the only person that could beat Manny is Floyd. I would love to see that fight and icing on the cake would be the random blood testing to remove all doubt and excuses from everyones mind.

Well, why not give Pacquiao the benefit of the doubt until he actually gets caught, that is if he is juicing? We didn't need random testing to catch Shane so if Manny really is juicing, the truth will come out.
why give him the benefit of the doubt when hes totally cool with ANNOUNCED testing but uncooled with UNANNOUNCED testing?

Manny has improved technique and fights slower guys, he isn't faster
If I started boxing training, and put on a muscle mass over a period of time, I'd expect to hit harder.

It's great I just wished the random drug testing was applied in boxing on sound reason other than what people are trying to use to defend Floyd's reasoning...shocking....i'm more happy that Big Floyd at least had the balls to say how he felt in the beginning rather than beat around the bush...a great man.

Well seeing as how what Floyd is doing is how even the standard testing came into effect, I'd say that's pretty irrelevant.

Not irrelevant. Analyzing why Mayweather asked is.

Irrelevant because only fighters with Mayweather's stature can spark this debate anyway. And possible force change. I'm pretty sure Mike Tyson didn't think he'd be the one to trailblaze the way for the testing used today when he speculated that Evander Holyfield might be juicing (guess what? He was right!) and asked for steroid testing which, at the time, wasn't done by commissions. But he was. So yes, irrelevant.

well the problem really with boxing as far as drug testing is concerned is that the system in place is weak. however, you barely can see anybody criticizing the system. the attacks mostly are directed towards one fighter. obviously, the hatred is driven by severe fanaticism and allegiance towards their favorite fighter.
