true, if manny is jucing it will come out regardless if manny take the test or not. manny's training camps, people close to manny, friends of friends, if manny is juicing someone will open their mouth and the truth will come out... thats if manny is really on it.

Honestly, boxing really needs a governing commission. That is the only real way to clean up the sport. We can't just decide to single out one guy based on speculation. The Nevada State Commision already held a hearing on this USDA random testing and after all that, they decided it was not enough to warrant a change in their testing.

Of course they did, what did you expect? Even the crummy steroid testing they have now...how do you think they finally agreed to start doing it? Because big-name fighters began doing it for their own fights and finally (TEN YEARS LATER), they came around. And finally, no one is getting singled out, unless you think Floyd is singling himself out too since he's taking the same tests.
