Concedeing to drug tests when Mayweather has legal issues doesnt mean anything.Roger also has issues so really how can Floyd sign for such.

It's obvious that Pacquiao is switching his stance to accommodate Mayweather, he WANTS this fight..

Pacquiao has convinced the boxing world that he wants the fight..
