            Beats, Boxing & Mayhem: The Philippines has a history of political corruption. Even the last president, Gloria Arroyo, was mired in it. We’re just a few months in, but have you seen progress with the new regime under Benigno Aquino?

                  This is CRAZY, but so true!!! Another culure brinwashed into thinking that fair skin is the measure of beauty. When I was there, almost every other commercial was about skin whitening cream.

                    He is quoting the article, he might be a troll.

                    But, he is saying that either the article is fake(which is clearly by some of the quote it is) and Pac never said that about testing...

                    Or...

                    The article is real and Pac did say that about blood testing and has some serious issues about Pinoy skin color.
