He also said the same thing months ago, but then it came out that they offered 7 days. He also said last year that he would take the blood tests but not on the day of the fight, he then went and turned down 14 days. Pacquiao is full of ****.

It's obvious that Pacquiao is switching his stance to accommodate Mayweather, he WANTS this fight..

Pacquiao has convinced the boxing world that he wants the fight..

* Manny and his trainer beat up women and got in legal trouble.

I didn't say it was Manny's fault. Personally i feel its clear both camps are at fault, both camps are acting like Diva's, its quite disgusting.
