Yea that is part of the article too, with Pac quoting the skin whitening and even has the video in the article that he is posting.

I mean just cuz of those quotes I think it is safe to say the article is fake.

Edit: Pacquiao said he would take the tests but not on the day of the fight in the first negotiation, he then turned down 14 days. Is that lying?
