If Manny really said he would take blood test between rounds then my question would be what happened to blood testing will make him weak. Wasn't this the reason Pac ducked the test because it would make him weak. Wasn't this the last excuse team Pac went with.

So Pac is willing to take test during the fight, but not during training. Hmmmmm....that sounds weird. Sounds more like his cycling the test for a reason, cause his willing to take them as long as he has a heads up.

I know what you are talking about. But that TOTALLY contradicts what he says below. The point I'm making is this, THEY are all over the place. There is no clarity. Manny says one thing, Arum says another, and Koncz another.

Now, this was right after that "deadline" they issued.

Arum declined to discuss purse-split negotiations but he said Pacquiao has agreed to submit to random pre-fight blood tests up to 14 days before a fight with Mayweather

A 14 day cut off does not get the fight done. So, when Manny does these interviews and says that he agreed to the testing and all of Floyd's demands and that he will do it "in between rounds", he is fooling you guys.

That's the thing. He is throwing you guys for a loop. He says one thing one day, then another and another. All the while, contradicting himself and his promoter and adviser in the process.

Whether the article is true or not is another thing, Since December 2009 Pac has flip-flop around the fight and testing, His fans have better excuses on why he doesnt want testing than his own team, He has been consistently lying but not called out on it because the media like him just like Mosley.

Mayweather from the beginning has said he wanted testing all the way up and that the only straightforward thing i could draw out of this whole little mess.

Consistently lying.. Or has a different position than Floyd when it comes to testing... Whether his reasons are absurd or not its what he feels...

So if the article is true, then he compromised his beliefs just to make the fight happen on the second negotiations...
