Yeah.....its mostly genetics. You can get ripped by eating right and training....but certain people will be more ripped than others. I gauruntee Vasily Jirov was in the same physical condition as an Oneil Bell.......but you would assume otherwise based on Bell's physique.
If you are a guy......Look at your dad. That is a perfect ****ing example of how you will look at a higher respective age.
Not true because my father never looked like me at my age simply put I was unsure if I great genetics or not...Noone in my family ever put them to the test and I was the first to take training religiously.
My father is 5'6 190 pounds and has a huge belly but he could easily be ripped if he would work out but he simply doesnt.....
Genetics plays a part yes but not entirely and I believe I am proof of that.....
Now if you told me that when I was 5'5 200 pounds than yes I would believe you...But in some cases yes but most no....Now if you are Samoan that is a whole other story.
