Ya, it's like, if a skinny person starts out bony, when he trains, he'll just put on muscle vs fat. This will give that crazy ripped look right off the bat. Where as a fat person trying to lose weight and work out gets more the soft look since the fat is still there and is the hard part to get rid of. BTW-You shouldn't lose all your fat, you need it. Very unhealthy to do so.
How does one get a Body this Ripped?

To be "ripped" is more diet than excersize. It's why people at body contests will go on a crash diet a week before their show. That's why people who obsess over their look and will go to the gym and do 1000 cruncies/situps and then go pig out at McDonalds wont get the abs they're looking for.Comment
