How does one get a Body this Ripped?

Is it genetic? I have been trying to get ripped with muscle but it seems I can never get the fat off my stomach area.

science proves that it is genetic, still need to workout but some people will never get like that, no matter what they do

      Genetics.
That, & the fact that Manny Pacquiao has been training his whole life. He probably never let himself get soft.

Ya you guys are right cause my friend who rarely lift weights he just did alot of moving when he was young with his pops moving company had some huge arms and his body was ripped.

Me I try to lift weights and my arms when I flex are still soft even though I weigh 155 and my friend weighs 130.

You have to remember that Manny is at the weigh in, he'll be below his normal body fat level and wouldnt have intaken liquid for some time. No one can be that ripped all of the time.

              getting "ripped"

getting "ripped" like manny pacquiao is in fact at least 50% genetic but there are other factors as well:

              DIET (Low in fat),
METABOLISM (what you eat and what your body turns it into),
              AGE (direct correllation to metabolism),
EXERCISE and how your body responds to resistance (i.e. weight training),

i agree that a person's body can't stay that cut and defined all the time. the body has it's own agenda and training will help get it that way but eventually no amount of training wlll keep it that way. age and gravity affect of all.
