EPO can clear the system in two to four days and thus no postfight drug screening could catch it. The fighter would use it until a week or so before the fight, gain all of its benefits, cycle off and then pass the test. If you had no testing until after the fights, the boxers could dope with impunity.

thats why floyd wants pac to test at random

    • Are you sure it's EPO?

      • Mayweather is older.....
What is team PAC talking about? Maybe Floyd is like Benjamin Button and ages backwards while everyone else gets old.

"But Pacquiao and his promoter, Top Rank's Bob Arum, still haven't bitten. They seem much more interested in making a November fight with Miguel Cotto, Arum's other star fighter. Cotto won a bloody and highly competitive split decision against Joshua Clottey on Saturday to retain his version of the welterweight crown. Pacquiao sat ringside with Arum and told him during the fight, in which Cotto struggled at times, that he wanted to fight Cotto next".

Wanted to fight a struggling Cotto before a winning Mosley?

"I want it to be known that I want to fight Pacquiao and I want to fight him now," Mosley said. "I'm willing to meet at a catch weight to make that happen. I know this is what [Pacquiao trainer] Freddie Roach wants as well, as he has previously stated this to press. I am the best fighter in boxing and I am ready to reclaim the title of No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter."

"Mosley didn't make it clear how low he would be willing to drop, but you have to figure he would need to make at least 144 pounds. Mosley weighed 146 for a few welterweight fights, but hasn't been lower than that since 1999, when he made his last lightweight title defense at 135 pounds".

Still Pac avoided him. Now he wants Shane when Mosley looks
          about done.

Nevada has every boxer give blood once a year, and Manny hadn't done that, so we had to do it the night before the fight, just like Mayweather wanted. Manny said it made him weak for three days. Even if they took blood from him 14 days before the fight, that would have meant I lose him on key sparring days 14, 13, and 12 days out."

"Shane came to the gym twice to ask me to let him fight Manny," Roach says. "I told him no both times, and both times for the same two reasons: First, there isn't enough money there, and second, you're too good a fighter."

"Still, the loss of the Pacquiao-Mayweather mega-fight, one that could have put as much as $40 million in each fighter's pocket, hangs in the Wild Card Gym like the smell of body odor".

These are the facts and there are no excuses to validate for Pac choosing subpar fighters and ducking the best!

You age faster when you actually fight. Some people saying Morales was an old man when he fought Pacquiao and Pacquiao is older then now then when Morales fought him and both have been in wars and have similar # of fights. If Morales is old and shot, Pacquiao must be too then. On the other hand JMM who is similar to Floyd in style has fought a lot more fights yet has fought in a safe manner like floyd till he switched up to being in wars is 37 and still strong.

              • Yes, it is obvious who is taking us for a ride. Mayweather's camp flat out lied and said there were no negotiations the second time around and then got outed by HBO. They then went radio silence. There is simply no excuse or possible explanation for this conduct. I've yet to even hear a credible attempt. Clearly, Mayweather doesn't want this fight. The last time he was asked, he said so. He said he was "going on vacation." You can argue all day long about this, but the facts are obvious.

And, I'm not in Pacquiao's camp or Mayweather's. I'm just a boxing fan. It seems evident that Mayweather is afraid of losing his 0, which is ironic because most true boxing fans thought he lost that during his first fight with J.L. Castillo. And, let's be honest, Mayweather should have blown Castillo out (like he did the second fight). It is like the ODH fight against Sturm. ODH got the decision on the cards, but everybody that watched the fight knows Sturm won. Same with Mayweather v. Castillo 1.

It isn't hard to understand why Mayweather is tentative here. He has trouble with pure speed. Zab Judah gave him fits for the first rounds and even scored a clean knockdown. If Judah wasn't such a crazy nut job, he could have won that fight. Pacquiao is just as fast and hits much harder. Plus, his mental makeup is the exact opposite. This is a truly difficult fight for Mayweather. That being said, it is also a tough fight for Pacquiao. Precision counter-punchers (like JMM) give him fits. That is exactly what Mayweather is.

Back to the "comment", as if Mayweather's getting younger? How does this make any sense? Pac is the one looking like he's waiting for Mayweather to get older/slower etc. Just as he in fact did to Mosley. Contradicting themselves yet again.

                    Validates my points yet again........
So Team Pac are finally in terms to fighting Mosley.. At least Pac is fighting him. Floyd passed up on Cotto, Marg, and Clottey 3 fighters to Floyds 1. I think I'll give the benefit of the doubt to Pac, a fighter who remains active and takes Tougher challenges.

Can any of you geniuses here enlilghten me and everybody in the world, what type of drugs Pacquaio will be able to take during the 7-day window which will benefit him during fight night and not be found in his blood after the fight? I would just like to establish whether there is a realistic possibility that Pacquiao will be able to juice-up during the 7-day window as claimed by many uneducated comments.

If you can't name anything other than that A-side meth bull**** that exists only in the minds of Mayweathers and Floydiots, that's because there is none known to medicine and science.

Steroids? You're ******ed if you think so. Steroids are used to build muscles, that's why it's mostly body-builders and weight lifters who use steroids. Pacquiao is not even muscular. Besides, steroids are used in 6 to 12-week cycles to be effective. 7 days is only 1 week, right? Steroids can't make someone faster. Just ask Fernando Vargas. If you want to see a muscular boxer, see Jeff Lacy or Floyd when he fought Hatton, Marquez and Mosley.

EPO? It's only effective if taken a few hours before the fight, but it would kill any elite boxer who's hyperactive like Pacquiao because it will thicken his blood so much that his blood will clot during the fight. Do you think a multi-millionaire athlete like Pacquiao is going to risk dying by taking EPO? So far, only cyclists have been widely known to have used EPO, and 17 cyclists in the Tour de France have so far died because of it.

Human growth hormone(HGH)? HGH will make one develop more muscles. As noted above, Pacquiao is not a muscular but rather a wiry fighter, so he couldn't have been using HGH. However, the most convincing proof that Pacquiao has not been using HGH is the fact that Pacquiao is still of the same height he had when he was fighting at 106 lbs. (5 ft 6 1/2 in.) ANYBODY WHO USES HGH WILL GROW TALLER, because as the name implies, HGH makes you grow taller and bigger.

I dare any *****, Floydiot or whoever in these boards to argue these facts about the drugs mentioned above. If you can't, better shut up and accept the fact that Floyd Mayweather is ducking Pacquiao like he shamelessly ducked Margarito and Cotto, and Mosley before Mosley turned 38.
U obviously dont know shyt! Dont come here and regurgitate that pacland BS when I have provided some accurate points about some of the PEDs in the past. Others have clearly shown how what can be taken so close to the bout and escape soon after. U can even find a quote from roach the night of a pacq fight to indirectly supporting Random OSTs.

Save the BS for the uninformed. now go away.
