Cotto got brutalized against Pacquiao and De La Hoya was competitive against Hopkins up until the KO somewhat and Mayweather didn't beat Oscar as convicingly as Pac beat Cotto. Why do you keep using ****** theories to try to save face for Manny? And now that you mention the fight between Hopkins and De La Hoya, Oscar had to deal with a way bigger size difference than Pac would have to with Martinez. So you are just owning yourself. Lol.He didn't beat Cotto at 154, he beat him at 145. Cotto is legitimately capable of competing at 154, Pacquiao isn't, so a Martinez fight is realistic for Cotto. It's like saying Floyd Mayweather should have fought Bernard Hopkins, because he beat Oscar at 154. See what I mean?
And Margarito is not the same size as Martinez. He is the same height, but Margarito is a career welterweight. He can actually make 150 in great shape, Martinez would be a zombie trying to weigh in at 150, and when Martinez lost to Margarito both fighters were in much different states in their career. It's like saying Sergio Martinez should fight Chad Dawson, because Paul Williams is the same height or even taller. See what I mean?Last edited by Iceta Lives; 12-03-2010, 10:31 PM.Comment

What the hell about the Margarito and Cotto fights have you convinced Pacquiao is a duck for not fighting the middleweight champion!? I don't f***ing get it!! Explain it to me!! How does victories over Cotto at 145 and a past it Margarito at 150, where Margarito had never fought before, make you people think he can fight Martinez!? Because he has a bullsh** belt at 154!?
Damn, common f***ing sense people. Whatever, I'm out.Comment
