Sergio's marketability to the casual boxing fans is still in question. Its a good business move for Arum to put him first against a big name like Cotto or Margarito before putting him in the same ring with his cash cow.

I think Pac might move up again if the price is right.

Cotto isn't going to fight Martinez. And whoever believed Pac was going to fight him? Pac at JMW was a hit and run.

I know 155 is one pound away from 154. But still, if Martinez is willing to go that low for Cotto, then why can't he go that low for Pac? I just can't find a possible way to respect Pacquiao right now. And I'm trying to be as civil as I can about it.
Iceta , why are you so biased and ******ed.

You never give anybody credit. Except mexicans.

Cotto vs Martinez is a lead up to Pacquiao vs Martinez.

Cotto vs Martinez will happen as there are no big money fights for Martinez and the fact that Cotto feels a Chavez fight is a waste of time as well as his dislike for Margarito due to the fact he felt he cheated.

Then after Manny destroys Shane and beats Floyd, two things I fully expect to happen.....there really isn't anyone left that would give Manny a good fight at 140 or 147. By then Khan would have beaten Bradley vs Alexander winner, and there is no way Khan vs Manny happens due to Roach.

Also while Martinez beats Cotto convincingly, but will have enough moments and moderate success that will have team Pacquiao really believing they can take this fight at 155.

Pac never went that high never intended to. He stayed at his weight to keep his speed advantage over a mummy
