Why does Manny need to keep repeating the same thing for you? I know you're quick but come on. You don't need him to tell you that - for the thousandth time - Manny Pacquiao shouldnt agree to full testing or their is no fight?

But if you have quotes from the aforementioned that backs up the notion that blood and cutoffs is the reason for no fight and complete and utter silence from Floyd, then please... post them.

For starters, Floyd Mayweather has said on countless occasions that there will be no fight unless both fighters undergo full testing. So..have you heard anything recent saying different?

Second - and speaking of telling the media - Manny Pacquiao may have been "all over" the media talking about how he agreed to full testing after he signed to fight Margarito but he certainly didn't say anything like that beforehand and has refused to answer questions about it afterward. Furthermore, his adviser and promoter both stated that they asked for cut-offs during the summer. So...what do you need to hear again?

Show me one quote from Floyd, Richard Schaefer, Oscar De La Hoya, Ross Greenburg, or Al Haymon that states the reason Floyd didn't sign on to fight Manny in November and won't fight him in April is because of 'the tests'.

Hell, show me one quote from Floyd that even slightly hints he wants to fight Manny next year.

If the best you can come up with, "he's silent" or "he's on vacation" then why haven't you analyzed the other guy who has spent the past year hopping from one foot to another in his desperate attempt to explain his superstitious and ever-changing blood ailment that keeps him from taking WADA testing. The problem is that Pacquiao has been repeating it in numerous different ways. Be it excuses as to why he cannot test or the different time frames he needs to brace himself for the severity of donating his clean blood for the sake of the fight.

All he has to say is, 'I want Pacquiao and Arum to say on video they agree to X terms regarding testing, and I will fight (remember he wanted Manny to say he wanted the fight on video before supposedly entertaining the notion). But this time around he didn't say a word until the day after Pacquiao-Margarito became official, where he stated "[Pacquiao] is going to take the blood and urine tests" mind you... now where would he get a ridiculous idea like that?

All I'm saying is, and this is undeniable, Floyd has made no indication whatsoever that he wants to fight Manny Pacquiao next year. Also hasn't mentioned a thing about OST being an issue.

I mean you have a new article from 10 different fighters and their promoters/managers trying to make their case for a Pac fight and not a word from Floyd. He can end all speculation and pointless arguments by simply picking up his phone, but for some reason he's not willing to do that.

I have no idea why anyone would take Koncz' word for anything. Of all the sordid characters involved in this drama, he is by far the biggest scumbag and also the one with the least official duties. The man is not involved in negotiations in any shape or form and has proven this many times (claimed there would be a catchweight for Clottey despite what Roach and Arum had said, also claimed Pac-Margarito was going to take place in Abu Dhabi). All that matters is that Manny Pacquiao said in print, film, and voice recording that he agreed to take any test, any time.

If Manny is lying, all Floyd has to do is call his bluff and he wins the media war easily and maybe we'll see a fantasy fight turn into a real one. But for some reason, Floyd's defacto promoter doesn't think Manny is lying. It's the oddest thing, really.

I stopped at the first paragraph... You didn't watch the post-fight in-ring interview after Mayweather-Mosley, please review that. Chronological order actually matters.

Mayweather's compromised the first time around while also stating that he wanted to "whip Pacquiao's punk a--!" Because you and I both know Pacquiao's clean as a whistle and he's been the exemplary face for the sport, that was the opportunity to take the tests and put it to Mayweather. Right?
