But this time around he didn't say a word until the day after Pacquiao-Margarito became official, where he stated "[Pacquiao] is going to take the blood and urine tests" mind you... now where would he get a ridiculous idea like that?
You haven't heard anything? http://www.fighthype.com/pages/content8674.html. With that in mind, sounds like it comes down to whether Manny wants to take full testing. Now what?

Second, that last Floyd quote you mention. It's actually pretty simple to comprehend but when you come from the perspective you have, you'll never get it. He says you're going to take the tests. Meaning, you are going to have to take this fight and take the tests. Come on, man. This is comprehension 101.
All I'm saying is, and this is undeniable, Floyd has made no indication whatsoever that he wants to fight Manny Pacquiao next year. Also hasn't mentioned a thing about OST being an issue.
You are grasping at straws and it's getting tiring. The last time Floyd Mayweather fought, he stated that he was ready and willing to fight Manny Pacquiao if both fighters agreed to undergo drug testing. Yet, here you are stating that because he hasn't repeated this (as if this issue hasn't been dissected in every angle), that can't be an issue? Are you serious?
I mean you have a new article from 10 different fighters and their promoters/managers trying to make their case for a Pac fight and not a word from Floyd. He can end all speculation and pointless arguments by simply picking up his phone, but for some reason he's not willing to do that.
So your logic is that Floyd should come out and say he wants a test with Manny but with OST. Well, that would be something new.

I have no idea why anyone would take Koncz' word for anything. Of all the sordid characters involved in this drama, he is by far the biggest scumbag and also the one with the least official duties. The man is not involved in negotiations in any shape or form and has proven this many times (claimed there would be a catchweight for Clottey despite what Roach and Arum had said, also claimed Pac-Margarito was going to take place in Abu Dhabi). All that matters is that Manny Pacquiao said in print, film, and voice recording that he agreed to take any test, any time.
Couple things here. One, Koncz said this on HBO 24/7. Let that sink in. Second, Koncz and Arum (Top Rank) are the two people who present Pacquiao with fight proposals. Both are acting in their roles--you do realize he's Manny's Al Haymon, right? Third, your assertion that Koncz being wrong about the Clottey weight showing that he's not in the know makes as much sense as saying Arum isn't in the know because he incorrectly stated that Floyd Mayweather never offered 14 days in January. And fourth, Bob Arum stated in July that the so-called second offer included a cutoff. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/spor...ayweather.html. Then again, he's not in the know, right?
If Manny is lying, all Floyd has to do is call his bluff and he wins the media war easily and maybe we'll see a fantasy fight turn into a real one. But for some reason, Floyd's defacto promoter doesn't think Manny is lying. It's the oddest thing, really.
Manny has lied before regarding this issue, yet you want his "bluff" called? I think that says it all.

        This Michael Koncz?

So as usual, Roach was lying and Koncz was telling the truth... weren't you outraged by the Clottey catchweight? And the arena in Abu Dhabi looked great during Pacquiao-Margarito, huh? That should tell you how involved Koncz is with negotiations.
Yes. The same Michael Koncz that Pacquiao hired as his adviser. The same one that's been working closely with Arum for years. So now you're turning on Pacquiao and his camp? So you're saying that they're liars? You're a tad inconsistent.

I gotta hand it to him, though. He's somehow managed to keep his followers hypnotized while spinning that drivel.
But I have analyzed what both sides said, for example...

Drug Testing No Longer an Issue

"I agreed to take a test anytime, any day"

Pacquiao USA Today, Starting at 1:50

Freddie Roach on the subject (at 4 min)

JENNA: Freddie I have just a couple of more questions before I let you off the line. You mentioned Mayweather a couple of times on this show, and I know you have Margarito as the main priority on your radar, but when you look at Manny do you think he at all needs a win over Floyd Mayweather before he retires?

ROACH: No, you know with Floyd, the first time negotiations went sour because the blood testing and so forth. The second time around we agreed to everything. We gave him every opportunity to fight us. We agreed to everything he asked. You know what, Manny Pacquiao’s not going to miss Floyd Mayweather. If Mayweather doesn’t want to fight, if keeping that zero on his record is more important than making $60 million, then that’s his choice and we can live with that.

^Pac and Roach fooling the public and lying through their teeth. You would think that Floyd, Schaefer, DLH, Haymon, and Greenburg would correct them on this since it's obviously false... so again...

          Quotes?

Stellar post... Although you'll need to use a smaller word in this instance.

Arum and Pac's lawyer Gacal handle his business and negotiations, Koncz is just Arum's babysitter for Manny when he's in the Philippines. As has been proven in the recent past, Koncz has no clue what happens in negotiations. Where have I been inconsistent on this.

Like I said and showed with quotes (something I'm still waiting on you and Dazed to do), Manny is on record that he agreed to everything testing wise, that's all that matters. Floyd can call his bluff with a simple quote, stroke of his pen, or a phone call. But he hasn't and neither has anyone else that was involved with negotiations.

So unless you have proof that Floyd being on 'vacation' because of OST, then you should probably find a more convenient excuse. Schaefer's going with the trial, Floyd Sr went with taxes... you should probably hop on one of those bandwagons.

Why entertain the notion? If it's too far over your head, I hate to break the news to you, but life is a lot more complicated than this.

It's hilarious because while Mayweather has sat back and said nothing, Pacquiao's been desperate enough to lie, outright, on the record.

Well, some people think they're really making sense defending the actions of the latter, and scorning the ones of the former.

Pacquiao's lawyer was one of the first to state to the media that the Clottey fight was at a catchweight. I guess you're part of Pac's camp since you know exactly what Koncz does.
