That's exactly right! ODLH stated he could make 147 lbs easy, now he claims Pacquiao made him fight at a lower weight than he could? ODLH is the biggest hypocrite there is. I remember when he stated that "Pacquaio never hurt me, he doesn't hit hard, I just couldn't see the shots coming" and then after Floyd Sr, the babbling idiot falsely accused Pacquiao of PEDs, then ODLH stated "Mosley's punches, Vargas' punches and Pacquaio punches all felt the same" referring to the fact that both Mosley and Vargas had used PEDs when they fought ODLH. The only fighter Manny ever fought that was weight drained was DLH and who's fault was that.

Oscar was coming to 147 because that's were the paydays/competition was but instead of facing a top guy like Margarito/Cotto etc....he tried to cherry pick a LW.
