    DLH's cherry picking/catchweight history

    Jimmi Bredahl 5'5" - WBO 130 title
Jorge Paez 5'5" - vacant WBO 135 title
John John Molina 5'7" - IBF 130 champ, Oscar ducked him at 130 and made him fight at 135
Genaro Hernandez 5'11" - WBA 130 champ, Oscar ducked him at 130 and made him fight at 135
Jesse James Leija 5'5" - WBC 130 champ, Oscar ducked him at 130 and made him fight at 135
Miguel Angel Gonzalez 5'8" - WBC 135 champ, Oscar ducked him at 135 and made him fight at 140
Hector Camacho 5'6" - made him come down from middleweight to fight at 147, looked totally drained
Shane Mosley 5'9" - made him come up from 135 to fight at 147 expecting an easy win over a smaller p4p fighter
Bernard Hopkins 6'1" - made him fight at a cathweight of 158
Floyd Mayeather 5'8" - made him come up from 147 to fight at 154. Chose ring size, gloves and gloves size, even Mayweather's gloves to give him every possible advantage hoping to beat a smaller p4p fighter.
Steve Forbes 5'7" - made him fight at 150 after he beat Bojado at 142. Probably intended on fighting hype job Bojado
Manny Pacquiao 5'6" - made him come up from 135 to fight at 147 expecting an easy win over a smaller p4p fighter

He also avoided Kotsya Tszyu at 140 and later wanted to make Tszyu come up to 147-154 to fight him.

DLH is a legend, stop trying to bring his name down with your absurd accusations. He is in the promoting business right now and he is going to say what he needs to say to get a fight going for GBP.
He is an all time great and he did not fight Pac in his prime even if he was at ideal weight, **** when DLH was going to fight Floyd I was quick to say DLH is too old. So just stop.
Yeah, De La Hoya is a legend and has all these accomplishments that Manny will never attain; like winning titles in 6 weight classes... Oops!

was the bhop fight really a catch weight?

adn 2nd...sorry buddy but there was a reason for floyd fightin oscar, it was for the light middle weight title which was floyd 6th world title. FLOYD CHOOSE that because he was making history! and as for glove size lmao... anything over 154 you gotta use 10 oz gloves, althought he did make floyd use the reyes gloves and ring...

and pacquuao wasent at 147 he weighted in with SHOES 142 at the weight in

Since according to Oscar Marquez won the 2 fights, then there's no need for a 3rd fight.
You just don't want to see your "god" get exposed a third time.

                  • i effing hate ODLH, lying dumbass. He was originally gonna fight Cotto at 147, then larry merchant proposed Pacquiao instead, Pac moved up from one fight at 135 to 147 to fight him. Oscar was confident the whole time that he was gonna KO pac, but we all know what happened.
