  • All these revelations coming out really says a lot about Top Prank and Team Roid. First off, Top Prank cares nothing about Cotto, he should clearly see that because the extra pounds clearly means something to Team Roid as we can see and TP threw Cotto to the dogs cause they did not have his back when he fought Pac. Manny can make 140 easily, these clowns are on record several times stating that. The only reason Manny wants this fight @ 147 is he thinks Marquez doesn't carry the weight well. I still don't think the fight will happen though. How can anybody call Manny great because great fighters don't give a damn about weight advantages. All this BS is the reason why PBF/Roid didn't happen.

Just as a little sidenote, Mayweather is criticized for fighting JMM. The catchweight was 144, which Mayweather didn't make. JMM weighed in at 142and I think weighed about the same as he weighed the other night against Katsidis. Why is it OK for Pac and not OK for Money?
what contradicting statements and why are they relavant? take note pac has not picked an opponent yet so lets just wait for the contract stipulations.

why is what not ok for floyd? floyd got heat because he retired as a WW and came out of retirement to pull a LW up to WW. he couldve fought any of the WWs manny fought in cotto/tony/clottey. now, jmm is the one itching for pac, and pac's been fighting as a WW for 4 fights now.

      • 1) I disagree with arum about the weight of the fight. pac can make 140 lbs easy. but arum does have a point... pac and jmm are only 3 lbs apart on fight night.

        2) i agree with arum about the money. jmm asking for 50/50 ain't gonna happen. he's gonna have to except the same money he got from wifebeater or less. if jmm really wants this fight, he'll have to take whatever scraps arum throws at hiim

        3) I still think jmm has to prove he can hang at 140+ lbs. he needs to atleast beat an elite jr WW or a top 10 WW.

          • I dont see any difference 147 will make

Pac will probably weigh in 144 like he did against Marg and JMM wants a catchweight of 144

What's this "Roid" rubbish? Have you seen him take something illegal? Is a 32 year old, in great shape, not able to do the things Manny is doing? Is Bernard also on something, because he's whopping azz in his mid 40s(wait for his fight with Pascal btw )? Is Holyfield, who looks to wipe the floor with any other 40 something out there?

Mayweather had fought 5 fights at welter or higher when he fought JMM. Pac has fought 4. What's the difference? Hell, at least Money fought him as a tune-up after a two year layoff. Pac and his crew will be trying to pass this off as a legitimate fight.

he maybe able to beat a top 10 but no way hes beating KHAN/Timmy but maidana he can probably pull it off but he is gona go down at least 3 or 4 times and end up a FOTY type of fight..but anything over 140 he gona struggle but if he want to agree that him...

As soon as the world started supporting Pac a d his team's stances and reasonings as to why they wouldn't comply with a stricter code of drug testing, it opened the flood gates. And since, we've gotten nothing but one contradicting statement followed by one bull**** fight after another. And Team knows that anything they do, right or wrong, will ultimately be deflected and presented by those with the biggest voice as Floyd Mayweather's fault.
Chalk it up to another (*) next to Pacquiao's name in the history books.

When it's all said and done, everyone will see the light.
