Why would he sign a slave deal with Arum to fight Arum's fighter when he could've fought DLH and made more money in one fight than fighting Cotto, Hatton, and Margarita combined.

Arum offered him like 8 million to fight Hatton and he ended up fighting an undefeated Hatton for 3-4 times the original amount Arum offered him a few years ago.

Floyd would not be where he is today if he re-signed with Top Rank because TR was holding him back from being the superstar he wanted to be.

And if he's done it before, no reason to believe he wouldn't be doing it now.
