Pac is a small dud, as Emanuel Steward said Pac is at the most a small light welterwieght at the most. He is 2 divisions smaller than Margarito as Emanuel the trainer and commentator of HBO and trainer of Sugar Ray. Upon saying that, hence the 17lb weight difference in fight night was huge advantage. Getting bigger means better punch resistance, bigger and stronger.

In relation to size pac beat a very big man. Hence it becomes impressive. Try getting hit with a dumbell to your face with a guy holding a 17 lb dumbell. That was Margarito's advantage. Add the height, Reach. That would truly make it impressive.

I'll make it simple for you. Morales used to have fought Pacquiao. Lets say Morales went to fight Margarito at 150lbs And one won't that be impressive for a small dude like morales doing that?

The greatest fighter I have ever seen and I have been watching boxing since the early 80's. There has never been a greater fighter in my lifetime and I think he even matches up against the all time guys I wasn't old enough to see.

The way he absolutely destroyed Margarito was amazing. He was so much faster but his power was impressive. He moves in and out so fast and his shots carry so much weight. Even Cotto, who hit Marg flush time and time again, didn't have the power Pac had.

I'm Mexican and proud of my Mexican warriors but Pac is the best fighter I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.

Props to Marg for being a tough SOB, fighting with a broken orbital bone and not quitting or going down when most mortal men would have. Marg is an animal.

Filipino's, you haven't had many great boxers but you might have one of the greatest of all time and when it's all said and done, maybe even the greatest fighter to ever lace them up.

So you're saying that the only reason Duran, Hearns, and Hagler are considered greater than Marquez, MAB, and Morales is because they were in a more popular weight class at a more popular time?

They where skilled at there own right just as the small dudes where skilled, but can't reach super stardom coz they where small. Pac was pulling 200-300kppv numbers fighting this guys before. when pac reached the welterweight people started seeing his talent and thus better ppv numbers and superstardom.

If Barrera, Morales, Marquez where a middleweights or at least welterweights and having there skill and resume. Yes they where as good as those guys you mentioned.

lets face it, people love to see heavy weight fights. and for non boxing fans they go only watch up to welterweight. Which we all know is where the money in ppv and mainstream fights. The non boxing fans who just want to see a great fight.
