Say what you want. That Margarito that showed up was getting hit badly. Only a well conditioned athlete can withstand that much beating. A lesser man would have folded., hence he was his own self there. Even better more stamina to get through the 12th. He just was outclass. You just can't admit it. Margarito was the same margarito who fights coming in and overwhelmsopponents. He tried but when a talent and a legend fights you. you get ****ed up! Nomas! Taking the catchweight and the paper belt, Pac did fight a bigger credible opponent and dominated him. Not a fighter in his peak and going in with so much controversy but still almost 20 lbs heavier with a a good chin and a busy workrate. Impressive stuff.

But on the flip side it looks like they avoid dominant right hand punchers at all cost and are going with named TR opponents. A Floyd fight if it ever happens will really put him at the right place in boxing history, a defining fight if you ask me

Yeah, we tried telling them that but they had to hype up the BS. So now that Margarito got ****ed like we all knew he would, the new story is...he was just as good as he was for Williams! The ****outtahere.

Pac has somwhat of that kind in the lower division in his era. P4P fighters who where just as popular based on era and was also in the close divisions at pac. That was.... Marquez, Barrera, Morales. P4P fighters that pac had epic wars with and won must of the round robbin.

If you know what people said about pac, after beating this 3. That his legacy was already impressive at that point. Coz he fought the 3 mexican greats in his lifetime.. Add the other fighters going up in weight pac fought. He became the superstar that he is today.

Fine Duran, HAgel Sugar were defintely great. Love watching them in the 80's when boxing was bigger. But during that time the talents where there in the middleweight. In pac's time.. It was the 3 mexicans in the lower weights. Same ****, different era, not as popular as the Durans and Haglers coz of there size and decade. Boxing was big then.

                  But nowadays..

To quote, Larry Merchant to be big in boxing you have to reach welterweight at least. The 3 mexicans where great fighters but they small and have a small fan base compered to heavy weights and middle weights which americans love to watch. But if you ask me.

If morales was as big as Hagler. He could have taxed his ass. If Barrera was as big as Sugar it could have been epic. My point is pac had the same three horsemen. He was a fighter who fought a lot of p4p's in his time. That's what's great about pac. He has done it all. And his story keeps on coming.
Hagler, Hearns, Duran > Barrera, Morales, Marquez. That's not even debatable. Just because Pacquiao fought the best available at that time doesn't make them equals to SRL's wins.

                  SRL > Pac

So let me get this straight, you have every excuse under the sun to discredit Floyds win over Mosley, such as saying Mosley is not the ame fighter since Margarito and even as far as saying Floyd FORCED Shane to wear Grant Gloves (although Shane wore Grant Gloves against Mora, i guess he 'forced' him too?) and then you turn around and support this Margarito win? and say hes the same fighter as he was 3 years ago???

                      God help you.
