Considering Floyd has came in above the contracted limit against little lightweight Marquez (which is joke) Pac has the right to enforce a penalty..

That simple.. show me signs of Pac jucing or any evidence then request your demands.. Til then your request are ridiculous....
Actually its not a slap in the face if that is how PBF feels. Does Manny have a right to be offended SURE DOES.

But Pac whole thing was it was not required by the commission so how you and Pac gonna change that now? Since PBF came in over weight against JMM why didn't Pac go the COMMISSION and ask for a more severe over weight penalty?

At this point, I'd say Floyd should just fight the winner of Martinez/Williams II. He'll make a TON of money, and it sure will prove all the nay-sayers wrong, who claim Floyd is afraid to take risks. He shouldn't have to bow to ANY of Pacquiao's demands. (Even though he has already. Like that ****** $10MILLION penalty for every pound he comes in overweight.) Floyd holds the leverage, and he knows it. That's what pisses the Pacquiao fans off. Because Floyd has the opportunity to still make big fights (I.E. Mosley) while Pacquiao is stuck fighting the likes of Clottey and Margarito for meager paydays, in compairisson to a fight with Floyd. Bottom line:

        TAKE THE ****IN' TESTS MANNY.

But what good is conquering a fighter that has already been conquered? You don't work your ass off to get to the top then fight just to be fighting especially when there's legitimate fights out there that could enhance your legacy. Floyd fights meaningful fights while Manny is fighting a suspended fighter that has already been viciously KO'd, for a bogus title (it might backfire on him). So if you wanna count that as getting it done then it explains your mentality towards boxing. Manny clearly goes after damaged fighters.

So why not just submit to the testing. I mean, it didn't seem to both Mayweather or Mosley. Hell, Money's last blood sample was taken 18 days prior to the fight and Mosley's last was taken 19. So the likelyhood of Pac getting blood drawn on the night of the fight are remote. Because on 24/7 Mayweather-Mosley it was my understanding that a guy has to have a two hour cooling off period before giving blood. And seeing how fighters warm up a couple hours before the fight, its impossible for having to test immediately before the fight even being a concern. The bottomline is is that Pac is wanting a window to eliminate the deterrant. And IMO, that makes him suspect.

No one will come into his dressing room and take out blood before the fight. Get real.

Exactly. Try getting the Pacquiao nuthuggers to see it that way, though. I'm not even anti-Manny, myself. I just think his fans are the worst in ALL OF SPORTS.

I would personally be a lot more interested in Mayweather fighting the Williams-Martinez II winner than Pac. And, I talk to some true hardcore fans daily that feel the same.

Again Floyd made demands that have no merit cause no evidence of Pac juicing has been provided NONE.

Pac can request a penalty limit for Floyd considering Floyds previous over weight issue.

Why didnt Floyd just go to the commission rather the hire his own team to conduct these testing procedures.?

Like ive been saying, why isnt Floyd leading this campaign of stricter drug test.. Why did Floyd oversea the commission himself..

                    Come on man..
