Comments Thread For: Pacquiao: I'm Waiting For Mayweather To Sign a Contract

When the boxing commission or the NSAC incorporates a more strict drug testing policy and Pac says wait hold on I need a cut off date then that should raise some red flags.
But when Floyd who is notorious for finding a way not to fight a fighter request them then Pac has a to say I dont need to take any test that you request, your not the commission...

Regardless of your stance in the Mayweather-Pacquaio issue, I think that the facts that are being put out are pointing at something fishy going on in the Pacquaio camp. Think back to his fight with David Diaz. He reportedly had a lot of trouble making 135. That's crazy considering it was his lightweight debut.
And look at the things that have come outta his camp for this upcoming fight. It was reported on this site that Ariza was saying that Pac has having trouble getting above 146. But, on one of the episodes of 24/7, Ariza said that Pac trained most of the camp at 153 abd above for the Clottey fight. And Pac also stated on 24/7 that we felt "sluggish" when his weight would rise above 147.
red herring
–noun 1. a smoked herring.
2. something intended to divert attention from the real problem or matter at hand; a misleading clue.
The only reason why people automatically go to the PEDs red herring is because wifebeater sr (R.I.P.) threw it out there as an excuse to duck pac.
I'm no doctor. But, that sounds like a guy that's been using some kinda PEDs and is experimenting with not using them.
I mean, how do you have trouble making weight in your debut in a division?
Secondly, how can you just come off of a camp where you trained above 153. Then, weighed in at a career high for the fight. Then, threw 1200 punches. And now, all of a sudden, you feel sluggish a pound above where you weighed in 8 months ago and you're 32 years old.
1) the wifebeater jr fight not coming off was a huge mental and emotional drain on everyone
2) pac was sparring with super middleweights
3) Pac is underestimating Marg
4) Pac is distracted and not training as hard
5) the majority of the training took place in Bagiauo
6) maybe pac is tired of drinking 10 protein drinks a day
I don't know, but these facts along with Pac and his team's stance that they need some amount of cutoff time for the USADA testing is making me believe that he's doing something illegal.Comment

These were all mentioned in some articles during the first nego, they didn't bother going into details becoz all of this were settled and done along with the 50/50 purse split, everything were just lost becoz of you *****s totally fixated about the OST... And my arguement is not about the details that went along during that 1st nego, as i've said these were all settled and done, there is no use arguing on little details that both camp have already come into terms with during the proper negotiation, but it is Floyd who made the last big bold demand for an OST, thus this warrants him to be labeled as a BIG BULLY!!!!Comment

Well, IMO Mayweather has fought everyone he was supposed to fight his entire career. But, that's a whole other debate that I don't want to get into.
As for team Pacquaio and his backers hiding behind the NSAC when it comes to this issue, that's very lame. I mean seriously, the king of catchweights is the last person that needs to be saying he'll only do what the commission requires. I don't think the commission requires a guy to fight at a weight he hadn't made in a decade. I don't think the commission requires a welterweight titlist to defend his belt at 145. I don't think there's a commission rule that jr middleweight title fights be fought at 150. So let's not act as if Pac hasn't requested, and then been granted his share of special contract stipulations in his day.
He was so enamored with the commission until the commission didn't restore Cheato's license then all of a sudden the commission didnt' matter.
Manny is full of ****. The rules say that Margarito is suspended but Manny said F the rules. I wouldn't be surprised if it backfired on him.Comment
