The commission has rules in place for what they fine a fighter for being over weight. So in other words both fighters asked for things that the commission already has rules in place for so if PBF is wrong for going over the commission Manny is in that same boat. Is he not?

Considering Floyd has no proof or evidence of Pac juicing it is ridiculous to even make such a demand..
Floyd has weighed in over the contracted limit against light weight Marquez so surely Pac has the right to set a rule if Floyd were to do it again..
