The commission has rules in place for what they fine a fighter for being over weight. So in other words both fighters asked for things that the commission already has rules in place for so if PBF is wrong for going over the commission Manny is in that same boat. Is he not?
It's what I've been saying. We hold such high standards for Mayweather but not Pac. Why is that? Why do we always expect more from Mayweather yet as long as Pac fights an "exicting" figher/style, we over look the best fighting the best or even fighting a real threat?

Funny how there's no date indicating when that contract was sent to Floyd.

Let me take a wild guess...

      The twelfth of never.
PAC just doesn't want this fight, you don't make soo many excuse why you do not want to get tested in the 21st century unless you have something to hide or duck.

Nah, I'm banking that he'll never agree to testing.

So he's guaranteed not to get stabbed in the arm right before the fight.

Considering Floyd has no proof or evidence of Pac juicing it is ridiculous to even make such a demand..

Floyd has weighed in over the contracted limit against light weight Marquez so surely Pac has the right to set a rule if Floyd were to do it again..

As Pac says, Common sense dude..

Its not like Mayweather wouldn't be subjected to the same testing. I mean, I think its getting lost that Mayweather isn't asking Pac to submit to anything he won't be submitting to himself.
