Yes Floyd is the lineal/real champ at 147. He got that by beating Shane. This is known already.
To be the champ at 147?

No, ring title is vacant the lineal title is his. With Pac being ranked #1.
Ranking and lineal champs are two different things.
To be the lineal champ you have to beat the champ. To be ranked #1 you have to have the better resume don't necessary means you have to beat the #1 rank guy.Comment

Isn't that the same way Joe Calzaghe gained the championship at 168?
Actually I am sorry for comparing Rodriguez to Lacy, Rodriguez is actually a much better fighter~
Although if Calzaghe came back I wouldn't consider anyone a real champion of 168 until he was dealt with no matter how it was gotten~
And, no for the last paragraph it doesn't work that way. However, the reason why nobody would be consider the lineal/real champ at 168. Is because, there isn't any.Comment

If you are saying the lineal champ and still hasn't lost his belt cool I am with that but that is from Baldomir not Mosley.
If you want to call him number one for beating Mosley that works, but being number one is not the same as champion.
I don't think of him of the current champion though, but if someone wants to be the 147 pound champ they better see him (atleast in my eyes).Comment
