Yea.. can you help your friend davis? He can't seem to understand that making proper weight will make the 'penalty' of the 'stipulation' a non-issue.

Full testing? Do you mean year round testing including off-times/vacations? If so, name another boxer who does that?

He was still interested in making the fight is what I'm saying man. Because of the money that he would get regardless of where they would fight.

Floyd's stips consisted of 'no to texas' and drug testing...if you cant see why Top Rank walked away then i dont know what to tell you

This is quite a new angle. So, drug testing wasn't the sole reason for this fight falling through. Its was the locale as well...hmm..interesting...to say the least.

No, I mean full testing according to US/WADA. Now what?

It doesn't matter, you're arguing the principle that he came in over at '44 when the fight that was being negotiated was at '47. There's no reasoning for such penalty when there's been no past history of failing at that limit. Mayweather 'ok'd' it regardless, because like they've stated, it wasn't a big deal.

You're under the impression that he may do to Pacquiao what he did to JMM, but why?

Now how come Pacquiao hasn't agreed to random testing?

Actually, that is not the 'sole' reason.. and I'm sure you know that.
