Of course I do. But what does that have to do with whether or not Manny Pacquiao has
1. Lied throughout the process
2. Never agreed to full testing
3. Never will

Full testing? Do you mean year round testing including off-times/vacations? If so, name another boxer who does that?Comment

He was still interested in making the fight is what I'm saying man. Because of the money that he would get regardless of where they would fight.
This is quite a new angle. So, drug testing wasn't the sole reason for this fight falling through. Its was the locale as well...hmm..interesting...to say the least.Comment

It doesn't matter, you're arguing the principle that he came in over at '44 when the fight that was being negotiated was at '47. There's no reasoning for such penalty when there's been no past history of failing at that limit. Mayweather 'ok'd' it regardless, because like they've stated, it wasn't a big deal.
You're under the impression that he may do to Pacquiao what he did to JMM, but why?
Now how come Pacquiao hasn't agreed to random testing?Comment

Actually, that is not the 'sole' reason.. and I'm sure you know that.He was still interested in making the fight is what I'm saying man. Because of the money that he would get regardless of where they would fight.
