They were base on accusations without any shred of proof to this day.

I'd expect Arum and company do the right thing next time and not be bullied by this queen.

Floyd will no longer in a position to dictate terms next time. I don't see Arum and co. wanting to go through another difficult negotiation with Mayweather. Why would they?

Fact of that matter is that $10 million is unheard of. If it's safe to say that Mayweather used the testing to get of fighting Pacquiao, than is it also safe to say that Pacquiao used that penalty to get out of fighting Mayweather?

Mayweather called their bluff, budged on his own stipulation, and yet the fight still couldn't get made.
