No, both were to wear 8oz gloves. LOL @ your dumbass thinking people can fight with gloves a different size from their opponent. Are you done being a misinformed buffoon?

Floyd fans still holding a crutch. Where's Floyd now? What ever happened to his crusade to clean up boxing?

The reality is, public opinion is in favor of Pac. Look at the media blitz he's getting, he's on major networks being praised and being interviewed, he's got commercials, even other athletes are big fans of Pac. I can't say the same for Floyd, guy is looking at jail time, he's on the news for all the wrong reasons, he's regarded as a duck, and he's a self-proclaimed bad guy and everybody (except his groupies) hates him, and he's a b!tch.

      Perception is reality.

5 years from now, people will look back at Manny and reflect how great an athlete and public figure he was and how he represented the sport of boxing. 5 years from now, Floyd will be broke again and forced to come back from "vacation" and fight blown-up LWs.

        Great... logic... Pacquiao... I.... gue...s..s?
Well the contract stipulation for the JMM-Mayweather fight was 144. Which means he didnt make the effort to make the weight. Which makes it dangerous that he might pull the same **** for their fight...

What type of argument is that.

You are comparing apples and oranges as regards to the weight and steroids..

As far as gloves, you could also flip that Mayweather wanted winnings 10 oz gloves and Pac conceded... It works both ways. Thats why its a contract point. No one is forcing the other to wear gloves that they are not comfortable of.

Pac is no bum who has no say on the negotiations. He has star power himself and has been used to dictating terms in other fights just like Floyd. Floyd cannot simply say now that I want zero or there's no fight and expects Pac to concede. Especially over an issue that has been debated back and forth in the media.
Nobody has ever asked for a $10 million penalty, until Pacquiao did. He asked, Mayweather gave. Concession: granted.

Apples to oranges? Correct me if I'm wrong, don't some steroids contribute to muscles mass and weight gain? Again, correct me if I'm wrong, please.

flip, huh? Mayweather wanted 10oz gloves at '54.... he had to concede to Pacquiao since they agreed to 8oz gloves and the '47 limit. Now you're just using hypothetical reasoning. Continue...

Okay so Pacquiao is 3-0 at the negotiating table. Mayweather doesn't get one concession. That's fair.

Mayweather made the '47 limit and was actually a pound under and wasn't drained like a couple previous geniuses that fought Pacquiao. It was a clear attempt by his team to try and bluff Mayweather out of the fight.... and they failed.

I would agree with you, but Mayweather got paid around 40 million for fighting Shane Mosley, Pac on the other hand got Paid around 10 million for fighting Clottey.
